BFREE provides the following professional services:

1. Housekeep Management and Houseworks Management: Oversight and coordination of household maintenance and operations.
2. Property Management: Comprehensive management of residential and commercial properties.
3. Monetizing Properties: Services to optimize the income potential of properties, including rentals and other monetization strategies.
4. Coordination and Scheduling: Assistance with organizing and managing clients’ personal and professional schedules.
5. Recruitment: Facilitation of hiring processes for domestic or professional roles.
6. Diplomacy and Bureaucracy Assistance: Support with administrative, legal, and governmental processes as needed.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services.

2.2 By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

6.1 BFREE aims to provide the highest quality of Services; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BFREE disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

6.3 Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7.1 Either party may terminate the engagement of Services at any time with written notice.

7.2 Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

8.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Lisboa, as agreed upon by the parties.

9.1 BFREE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9.2 Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
